Recap, Summer Hiatus
ciao for now writing group.
We’ve had a great year and now we will have to work on our manuscripts without our Tuesday through Friday container. Maybe in September you’ll join us. To get the Zoom link you become a “Founding Member” for $290 per year. Then I send you a monthly Zoom link to the group. We meet every T-F, 11am-2pm (EST). There’s a winter and summer break in there.
What do we do? We say hi at 11am, then I read a passage from a book that has grabbed my attention. Here are some recent examples:

After the reading we do a short little breath-focused meditation. Although the mediation is also inspired, somehow, by the day’s reading…hard to describe unless you’re there.
Then we mute ourselves and get to work.
On Friday mornings we hear some pages from our fellow writing group members. Then we get to work on our own stuff.
